I am looking for a Hamptons wedding venue but something more non-traditional, what is the process for reserving one of the properties in the Wisp & Wild Collection?
Step 1 would be to inquire via our contact form to provide us with more details on the date/timing of the event, projected headcount, etc.
Step 2 is to schedule a consultation with our event coordinator who can provide more information on the properties that interest you, availability, and the services we provide.
Step 3 is to schedule a site visit with our event coordinator so you can see the property firsthand!
I’ve been looking at other traditional wedding venues in the Hamptons and am curious how the Wisp & Wild Collection compare in pricing.
Private estate weddings involve creating an infrastructure for each event, which for many traditional venues is already included in their site fees. The benefit of bringing everything in-house is that all elements from the tent, to the event rentals, to the decor / design, to the food, to the drinks can be completely customized to create a one-of-a-kind experience specific to your vision. For that reason, from a pricing standpoint, a private estate wedding is comparable to a vineyard or farm wedding that also involves bringing all aspects of your wedding in-house.
I’ve been looking at Hamptons wedding venues, but am looking for a more casual backyard wedding, however, I don’t know where to begin. What services do Wisp & Wild offer?
There are several moving pieces involved in planning a backyard wedding from sourcing event rentals, to permitting, to parking, to portable restrooms, etc. Wisp and Wild can serve in two ways, simply as the concierge between the homeowner and you as the client, managing the logistics / coordination as it relates to the home, or on a more involved level in which we provide full-white glove service from the concierge and logistics management, to full or partial event planning, vendor coordination and management, floral and event design, and catering.
I am looking for a wedding venue in the Hamptons for my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Can the event layout be customized for the properties?
That is the beauty of our model. Our properties that we have access to provide a blank canvas that can be completely customized from an event layout standpoint.
I am planning on having my wedding at a venue in the Hamptons and am curious if your properties require the event to be tented.
Yes, we recommend all events be tented in case of poor weather with the exception of one property that has a barn on-site that can be leveraged in replace of a tent.
